Is the Icross classed as a boat?
No, ICROSS counts as a "floating leisure product" according to Swedish law. And not as a boat.
As for fishing waters where float ring fishing is allowed, it becomes something of a gray area. In many waters it is excellent to fish with ICROSS, but it is always best to check which rules apply to the water where you want to fish.
