PURCHASE INFORMATION

We at Baitbox reserve the right to change the assortment and have the right to remove items from the assortment before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right for any sold-out items, and in these cases, we will refund you if a purchase has gone through. *
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

PERSONAL DATA

When placing an order or creating an account, we save your personal information such as Name, Phone Number, Address, and email. This information is used so that we can send goods to you and to contact you if there is anything regarding your order or anything else on the site that concerns you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An automatic order confirmation will be sent out when you complete your order. (Check that it doesn't end up in spam) There you will find details about what you purchased with prices, delivery address, shipping cost, etc. If something is wrong with the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will also send a message when the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

PRICES

Prices are in Swedish kronor. VAT is included on all items at 25%. All prices are displayed including VAT on the website. We reserve the right for price changes without any notice for potential pricing errors. You always pay the price shown at checkout when your order is completed.

BAITBOXBOMBEN

Baitbox reserves the right to cancel purchases if you, as a customer, place multiple orders to buy more lures than what is specified as the Maximum number per customer/person. We also reserve the right for any sold-out items and misleading stock balances.

RESALE OF GOODS

If you purchase items with the intention of reselling them at a higher price, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and not sell items to you in the future. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your future orders with us. This primarily applies to the Baitboxbomben, but also to other items with limited availability.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made no later than 15 minutes after placing the order. If no payment has been received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and restock the items in the store.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Our operations are based in Sweden and we follow Swedish laws and regulations. All purchases made through our website are considered to take place in Sweden and are governed by Swedish legislation.

In the event of any disputes, we strive to resolve them in agreement with our customers. If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it will be resolved in Swedish courts, which means that Swedish law applies. As a consumer, you also have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) or through the EU Commission's online platform for dispute resolution.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are informed that disputes that may arise in connection with your purchase will be resolved in accordance with Swedish law and in Swedish courts.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We ship goods several times a week. We use both Posten and DHL to deliver goods. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days but may take longer in some cases (e.g., during large product launches).

SHIPPING COSTS:

69 SEK for DHL Servicepoint.
International shipping is based on the buyer's country

RETURNS

As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The withdrawal period begins from the day you received the item.
A condition is that the item is unused and undamaged.

Contact us via email at info@baitbox.se in case of a canceled purchase or return.

As a customer, you have 14 days to return the item from the day the notice of withdrawal has been sent.

However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not need to wait for our response.
We recommend that returns be sent with Postnord or DHL as an insured shipment with a trackable parcel number.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the item until it has reached us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must NOT be sent as cash on delivery.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are not picked up or that have also been returned to us.
As a customer, you are responsible for your order, and if it is not picked up, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
It is therefore important that you pick up a package even if you have changed your mind about your purchase.
Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a charge of 100 SEK to you as a customer; this cost will be sent via invoice, which will also include an invoice fee of 29 SEK.
