Terms of purchase


We at Baitbox reserve ourselves for changes in the range and have the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right to any final sale of goods, and in these cases will refund you if a purchase has been completed. *
All attempted fraud is reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.


When placing an order or creating an account, we save your personal information such as Name, Telephone Number, Address and e-mail. This information is used so that we can send goods to you and to contact you if there is anything regarding your order or anything else on the site that concerns you.


An automatic order confirmation will be sent out when you have completed your order. (Check that it does not end up in spam) There you will find information about what you bought with prices, delivery address, shipping cost etc. If something is wrong with the order, contact us as soon as possible. We also send a message when the item has been sent from our warehouse.


Prices are in Swedish kronor. VAT is included on all goods at 25%. All prices are shown including VAT on the website. We reserve the right to change prices without any warning of any price errors. You always pay the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.


Baitbox receives the right to cancel a purchase if you as a customer place several orders to buy more moves than what is stated as Maximum number per customer / person. We also reserve the right to any final sales, misleading stock balances.


If you buy goods with the intention of reselling them at a higher price, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and not sell goods to you in the future. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your future orders with us. This applies above all to the Baitbox bomb, but also to other goods with limited access.


Payment is made no later than 15 minutes after the order is placed. If no payment has been received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and place the goods in the store again.


We send goods several times a week. We use both Posten and DHL to deliver goods. Delivery time is normally 2-5 working days, but can in some cases take longer. (For example in case of large product releases)


SEK 25 for small items (hooks, stickers etc)
SEK 79 for DHL Servicepoint.


As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item.
One condition, however, is that the product is unused and undamaged.

As a customer, you have 14 days to return the item from the time the notice of regret has been sent.

However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not have to wait for our message.
We recommend that the return is sent with Postnord or DHL as an insured shipment with a traceable package number.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the product until it has reached us.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns may NOT be sent as cash on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for packages that have not been picked up or even returned to us.
You as a customer are responsible for your order and if it has not been picked up, you as a customer must therefore bear the shipping cost for the return.
It is therefore important that you pick up a package even if you have regretted your purchase.
Unredeemed packages that are returned to us, we charge SEK 250 to you as a customer, this cost is sent via invoice where an invoice fee of SEK 29 will also be added.
