We at Baitbox reserve the right to make changes to the assortment and have the right to remove items from the assortment before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right to final sale of goods, and in these cases will refund you if a purchase has gone through. *
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
When placing an order or creating an account, we save your personal data such as name, telephone number, address and e-mail. This information is used so that we can send goods to you and to contact you if there is anything about your order or anything else on the site that concerns you.
An automatic order confirmation is sent when you have completed your order. (Check that it doesn't end up in spam) There you will find information about what you bought with prices, delivery address, shipping cost, etc. If something is wrong with the order, please contact us asap. We also send a notification when the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
The prices are in Swedish kronor. VAT is included on all goods at 25%. All prices are shown including VAT on the website. We reserve the right for price changes without any warning for possible price errors. You always pay the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.
Baitbox reserves the right to cancel purchases if you as a customer place several orders to buy more moves than what is stated as Maximum number per customer/person. We also reserve the right for any final sales, misleading stock balances.
RESALE OF GOODS
If you buy goods with the intention of reselling them at a higher price, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and not sell goods to you in the future. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of your future orders with us. This applies above all to the Baitboxbomb, but also to other goods with limited availability.
Payment is made no later than 15 minutes after placing the order. If no payment is received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and post the goods in the store again.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Our operations are based in Sweden and we follow Swedish laws and regulations. All purchases made through our website are considered to be made in Sweden and are regulated by Swedish legislation.
In the event of any disputes, we strive to resolve these in agreement with our customers. Should a dispute arise and cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it will be resolved in a Swedish court, which means that Swedish law is applied. As a consumer, you also have the right to turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN) or via the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution.
By making a purchase on our website, you accept these terms and conditions and confirm that you are informed that disputes that may arise in connection with your purchase must be resolved in accordance with Swedish law and in a Swedish court.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
We send goods several times a week. We use both Posten and DHL to deliver goods. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days, but in some cases may take longer. (E.g. in case of major product releases)

International shipping is based on the buyer's country
As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item.
A condition, however, is that the item is unused and undamaged.

As a customer, you have 14 days to return the item from the time the notice of cancellation has been sent.
However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not have to wait for our notification.
We recommend that the return be sent with Postnord or DHL as an insured shipment with a trackable package number.
The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the item until it has reached us.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns may NOT be sent as cash on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for packages that have not been picked up or that have also been returned to us.
You as a customer are responsible for your order and if it is not picked up, you as a customer must therefore bear the shipping costs for the return.
It is therefore important that you pick up a package even if you have regretted your purchase.
Unredeemed packages that are returned to us, we charge SEK 100 to you as a customer, this cost is sent via invoice where an invoice fee of SEK 29 is also added.
