Shipping policy


We ship goods several times a week. We use both different providers to deliver orders. Delivery time is normally 2-5 working days within sweden, and 5-9 days for international shipping, but can in some cases take longer. (Eg in case of large product releases)


Domestic shipping:
SEK 25 for small items (hooks, stickers, etc.)
SEK 79 for DHL Servicepoint.

International shipping:
Depends on country and is calculated at checkout.


As a customer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item.
However, one condition is that the product is unused and undamaged.

As a customer, you have 14 days to return the item from the time the notice of return is sent.

However, you have an unconditional right of withdrawal and do not have to wait for our message.
We recommend that the return is sent as an insured shipment with traceable package number.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the product until it has reached us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns may NOT be sent as cash on delivery.

We do not take responsibility for packages that have not been picked up or even returned to us.
You as a customer are responsible for your order and if it has not been picked up, you as a customer will therefore be responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
That is why it is important that you retrieve a package even if you regret your purchase.
Unredeemed packages that are returned to us, we charge the return shipping fee + delivery cost to you as a customer, this cost is sent via invoice where an invoice fee of SEK 29 will also be added, or is withdrawn from the cost if goods are to be refunded.
